4 layer insulating system |
To provide maximum thermal
and moisture protection, Altieri case covers are constructed
from tough, water-resistant black nylon for the outer shell,
and an insulated liner. This unique four-layer insulating material
is designed to reduce heat loss in winter and heat gain during
summer. Two thermal layers, a plastic moisture barrier, heat
reflecting mylar®, plus a smart canvas coating combine to
pad and insulate delicate woodwind instruments and their cases
from the elements. Heavy duty zippers, sturdy nylon straps and
