Beginning with a blank made from 100% pure hard rubber, each mouthpiece is hand faced and worked at the walls, tip rails, and chamber for exact measurements and playing response. A hand crafted insert is placed into the mouthpiece creating a unique one of a kind baffle. This hand crafted baffle channels and directs airflow through the mouthpiece creating a one of a kind sound! High notes are crisp and resonant; low notes full and responsive.
