This professional reed makers knife has a double hollow ground, high carbon steel blade and wooden handle. This model has three metal hardnesses to choose from: Soft: easier to sharpen, quicker to become dull Medium: average difficulty to sharpen, average time to become dull Hard: more difficult to sharpen but keeps a sharp edge the longest. A leather sheath is included. |
