Lomax Classic clarinet barrels are handcrafted by the Hans Zinner Company of Marktrodach, Germany. They feature a unique double taper bore design and are available in two exotic hardwoods: African Blackwood or Cocobolo. Both woods are carefully selected and aged before being handcrafted into the finished product. Available from 65mm through 67mm. African Blackwood Models produce a very dense and compact and ringing tone quality while the Cocobolo produces a warm and glowing tone quality with excellent projection in even the largest concert halls. Both come with silver plated rings.
