This reed cutter can be used to clip the ends of oboe, EH or bassoon reeds. Any size reed can fit in the bed. The stopper is moved up or down to adjust for the length of reed desired. A 3mm allen wrench is necessary for adjusting the stopper. The knife is sharp and cuts the reeds well.
