There is a $15.00 shipping/ insurance charge on all instruments except saxophones, bassoons and bass clarinets for which there is an additional charge. We also warranty each instrument for one year, therefore, insuring each customer 100% satisfaction. (This warranty becomes void if any other repair shop besides Weiner Music works on the instrument). Please add applicable sales tax. There is a $5.00 restocking fee per instruments & $20.00 for instruments valued over $3000.00. There is no reimbursement of shipping charges.

MOUTHPIECE AND BARREL TRIAL POLICY
In-store trials are by appointment only. Please call ahead for availability.
All mouthpieces/barrels for trial must be PREPAID.
We cannot accept trial orders through third party or affiliate sites. All trials orders must be placed on weinermusic.com, or by (e)mail, phone, or in person.
The trial period begins with the date printed on the invoice.
There is a $3.00 restocking fee per invoice.
For mouthpieces valued over $200.00 there is an additional $7.50 mouthpiece trial fee per mouthpiece.
There are cleaning fees: $3.90 per mouthpiece returned, $2.00 per barrel returned.
A $5.00 trial fee will be applied when no mouthpieces are purchased on a trial invoice.
A $3.00 trial fee will be applied when no barrel is purchased on a trial invoice.
There is No Free Shipping on trials. Trials placed on the website will have the actual shipping cost charges deducted from the trial refund amount.
A maximum of 6 mouthpieces or barrels under $200.00 may be ordered for a 30 day trial period.
A maximum of 3 mouthpieces valued over $200 may be ordered for a 15 day trial period.
We will not order a mouthpiece that is not in stock for a trial.
Mouthpieces must be tried with mouthpiece cushion or masking tape on the beak and around the body and logo of the mouthpiece. We suggest using material ligatures such as BG or Rovner. Please do not use transparent tape!
Only one mouthpiece or barrel trial per 30 day period.
International trials are subject to an additional $40 fee per order, and $5 per mouthpiece
Under no circumstances will we accept return mouthpieces if:
Mouthpiece is not in the original packaging.
It has teeth marks
Other surface damages
There is an additional return fee $5.00 per sax neck and $2.00 per bell.
Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable for any reason.
BACKUN MOUTHPIECE AND BARREL TRIAL POLICY
Up to six (6) barrels, six (6) mouthpieces OR four (4) bells are allowed in a trial.
Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to and from Weiner Music Inc as well as the customs fees associated with the receiving and returning of the package. The package must be insured by whichever shipping company you decide to use in case of damage or loss.
A valid credit card must be on file with Weiner Music Inc, to provide the company with insurance while the products are on trial.
You will have two (2) weeks, or ten (10) business days, from the day you receive the package to try the products. A 3% late fee will be charged for each day over the trial period. When you ship your package back you must provide Weiner Music with shipping information including the tracking number.
Mouthpiece patches must be used on mouthpieces to avoid teeth marks. Proper care must also be given to prevent scratching from ligatures. We recommend using a fabric ligature such as Rovner which can be found on Weinermusic.com or covering the body of the mouthpiece with masking tape. Please do not use transparent tape! Any mouthpiece returned with teeth or ligature marks will be charged a 25% repair fee.
All items are double checked prior to shipment for quality and appearance.
If a mouthpiece, barrel, or bell will not fit on your clarinet DO NOT force it. Forcing a product onto a joint can cause cracks and other damage. Contact Weiner Music immediately. You will be held liable for the full cost if a product is returned cracked or chipped.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
NO RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Claims of damaged or misrepresented items must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
You must write Inv # in the outside of the box.
Each return must have a copy of the original invoice to receive a refund.
You must get authorization to return any item after the 30 day trial period
You must insure returned package.
Any item received by customer in original manufacture packaging, must be returned with original packaging free from damage or shipping labels. Please use a second box to return any item that has original manufacturing packaging. Items that are returned with damage to original manufacture packaging, will be subject to a $10.00 service fee.
If items are returned for any reason, the return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 3 weeks for return merchandise to be processed and credited.
There is a $3.00 return charge on any order where items are returned.
If you return items and your order remaining items fall below $48.00 you will be responsible for initial shipping.
There is a $2.00 charge per return barrel for cleaning.
There is a $5.00 charge per return bocal for cleaning.
There is a $5.00 restocking fee per instruments. $20.00 for instruments valued over $3000.00.
There is no reimbursement for shipping charges.
$2.00 charge when invoice does not accompany returned merchandise.
Returns after the 30 day trial period and it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A 15% restocking fee is applied to return shipments from our carrier due to refused package or undeliverable address. Orders shipped for free, will also be charged back at the time of return.
For mouthpieces valued over $200.00 there is an additional $7.50 mouthpiece return fee per mouthpiece.
Returns received after 45 days, if paid with PayPal, are subject to an additional 5% restocking fee.
We do not perform exchanges. Please return for refund and place a new order.
